This is an excellent product made using rice bran, which is a by-product of polishing our original rice, mixed into the miso.It also contains ginger, so it goes well not only with rice but also with alcohol.

We produce rice in soil that is carefully selected for its water and lotus roots.

◆Specialty rice

This rice is made using Rengemai Yume Tsukushi rice grown by the president locally in Chikushino city, Yamaguchi! The key to the deliciousness of this rice is the lotus root.They wait for the flowers to bloom, and when they are in full bloom, they suck up the lotus roots and provide nutrients to the soil.Because we use almost no pesticides, we are able to produce safe, secure rice that is soft and sweet.

We produce a variety called Yumetsukushi in-house.It is characterized by the sweetness that comes out of being particular about water and soil.

There are currently three types of original sake, Hotaru, raw, cloudy, and pasteurized, all for 1,100 yen including tax.
